That is the version we are built for. Your belongings are loaded on collection day by the same crew doing the move, packed into dedicated containers, sealed, inventoried and stacked. When you have keys, they come back out and get delivered into the new place room by room. You handle the load once, not three times.

A note on what this is not: it is not a self-storage unit you drive to on a Sunday with your own key. Containerised storage is cheaper per volume and more secure, at the cost of needing notice before you can get at something. If daily access is what you actually want, a self-storage facility is the honest recommendation, and there are plenty across the county.

Storage — your questions
What does "containerised" actually mean?
Your belongings are loaded into dedicated wooden containers, sealed, and stacked in the warehouse. They are not tipped into a shared open bay alongside other people's things, and nothing is handled again between sealing and delivery unless you ask for access.
Can I get to my things while they are stored?
Yes, with notice. Containers are stacked, so a member of staff needs to bring yours down — it is not a self-storage unit you can drop into unannounced. Tell us what you need and when, and we will have it accessible.
How long can I store for?
From a short gap between completions to an open-ended arrangement. There is no requirement to commit to a length up front, and you can extend or end it as your situation changes.
Is what I store insured?
Storage cover is arranged as part of the agreement, and the limits are set out before anything goes in. Declare high-value items separately so they are properly covered rather than assumed to be.
Do you store business stock as well as household goods?
Yes. Office furniture after a downsize, retail stock between seasons, equipment between contracts. It is the same containerised arrangement, and it pairs naturally with an office move.
What can I not put into storage?
Anything hazardous or flammable, perishable food, and living things — plants included. Valuables like cash and jewellery are better kept with you. If you are unsure about something, ask before collection day.
Can students store over the summer?
Yes, and it is a sensible alternative to hauling everything home and back again. We collect from the hall or house at the end of term and deliver to wherever you are living next. Book it before the end-of-term rush rather than during it.
